Cross-country skiing is a ridiculous sport. You spend your life training in the elements while slowly losing your sanity, and if everything goes perfectly, you might get a handshake, a flower, and frozen parts.

And yet, we love it. We love it enough to build an entire media network around it.

Welcome to the Skirious Problems Network. The place where skiing finally gets the chaos, honesty, and humor it deserves.

The Skirious Problem

Skiing’s biggest issue isn’t that it’s boring , it’s that it’s badly told. The athletes are hilarious, the stories are wild, and the behind-the-scenes drama should make it the number 1 sport in the world.

But fans don’t see any of it. They get podium shots, polite interviews, and headlines like “Norwegian Wins Again.”

No kidding.

The rest, the pain, the humor, the fights over wax, the guy who trained in the dark for a decade just to crack the top 30, the small nations that hitchhike to world cup, disappears into the snowdrift.

We’re here to dig it back out and tell the fans what it's really about.

What We’re Building

The Skirious Problems Network is what happens when two skiers get fed up and decide to tell the sport’s real stories themselves.

It’s:

  • A podcast that doesn’t sound like a press conference.

  • A YouTube channel that shows the sport the way it actually is: messy, funny, and sometimes held together by duct tape.

  • A news outlet that remembers journalism can have a sense of humor

  • Many devellopement coming to make skiing more about the people and their fans

We’ll talk to the legends, the up-and-comers, the faffers, the originals and the ones who make the fans feel "I did the same". We’ll film vlogs, tell stories, and laugh at ourselves while we’re at it.

Because skiing doesn’t need a filter. It needs a voice.

The Philosophy

We believe sport is supposed to feel like something. It’s supposed to make you laugh, swear, cry, and maybe question your life choices.

Skirious isn’t about pretending. It’s about showing the side of skiing that actually makes it human. The awkward, the funny, the painful, and the deeply stupid.

The Plan

Start small. Make great podcasts and vlogs.Grow a community that actually gives a damn. Then, when we’ve built something solid, we’ll take it further: live shows, documentaries, even free coverage of races that deserve an audience.

We don’t want to replace the big broadcasters. We just want to remind them that skiing has a heartbeat and it’s got a sense of humor too.

Why We’re Doing It

Because we love this sport, and we’re tired of pretending it’s only about winning.

Skiing is made of the 99% who don’t end up on the podium, the athletes fighting, laughing, and sometimes crying behind the scenes. That’s where the real stories are. That’s what we want to show.

So yeah , that’s Skirious Problems Network.

Less fluff. More truth. A bit serious. A bit stupid.100% Skirious.
